David, thank you for being a good stepfather and friend to me over the years and for the way you looked after my mother during your 46 years of marriage. Lynne and I always enjoyed the beautiful meals you cooked for us each week up until a few years ago when it became too much for you. We think of you often and whenever we hear classical music we will always think about you and also remember your love of your garden. Rest in peace now David. Gone but never forgotten.
